U.S standard on housing?
is there a standard price when building a house in US?
and most people who have their own house are middle class or
upper class family?
what is the percentage of family in US who live on apartment and who
have their own house?
may i know in US. if they allowed to build a house worth only 20thousand dollars?
and why the real state housing are expensive. and they use an ordinary materials.
we have 2 house and its made by concrete and steel trusses. each house cost below 30thousand dollars. lot area 12x15 square meter
and our new house cost more than 50thousand dollars. lot area 20x27 square meter. steel trusses concrete wall, granite in kitchen. and tiles in flooring.
why did you not volunteer where you are from?
houses can be made from dozens of different quality levels and
options. A 3,000 sq ft house can cost from $15 a ft in materials
all the way to $,1000 per ft.
MOST of the owners of all goods on the planet are middle and
upper class people.

if your houses are built on 800 sq ft lots, that provides
one price. if on 100,000 sq ft lots, that costs more.
